We honor a behind-the-scenes volunteer who brings her tech gifts to ANPP: Brenae Bergeron

Love our cool Greaux Native stickers? Following us on Instagram? That's Brenae.

Brenae Bergeron has always loved being outside, which led to the natural curiosity of what’s growing, flying, crawling, buzzing, etc. Brenae graduated in 2021 from UL Lafayette

with a BS in Environmental Science and currently works at the USGS Wetland and Aquatic Research Center as a biologist. She collects field data across the LA coast for multiple projects, including Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority's longterm monitoring project, CRMS (Coastwide Reference Monitoring System). Brenae is currently serving her second term on the ANPP board, has created the three sticker designs, and recently revived the Instagram page to expand our social media presence. Sometimes you can find her joining the Sunday workdays at the UL Ecology Center.
