Iowa Branch of Calcasieu Parish Public Library - Bronze Level Louisiana Certified Habitat

ANPP Congratulates the Iowa Branch of the Calcasieu Parish Public Library for

achieving a bronze habitat certification!

The newly planted habitat consists of prepared and painted tubs that provide a

living classroom and demonstration garden for the local community. Khristian

Guidry and library staff reached out to ANPP for assistance, applied for the

assistance program https://www.greauxnative.org/wecollaborate, and made it

happen! They look forward to hosting events and spreading the word about native

plants and habitat, and we're excited to watch the program and plants grow in the

years to come.
