ANPP congratulates Marie Ashman for a certified bronze habitat in Lafayette!

Marie's site is a traditional subdivision in Lafayette Parish. She has been adding native plants to her traditional landscaping for approximately three years. A few years ago, a massive heat wave with months of no rain prompted her to learn more about native plants. She loves the wildlife they attract, including birds, butterflies, and bees. Providing a better habitat for wildlife is her inspiration for growing native plants.
